Refund & Replacement Eligibility

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Requests raised after the allowed time period.
  • Digital products or e-books (once accessed or downloaded).
